We love our garden plot, but we do have a problem with people stealing veggies =( and also the terrible Missoula infestation of bindweed!nnUpdate: our bell peppers and jelapenos were stolen last night =( we really would like a gate and lock like other community garden locations, but only so much we can do when it is owned by another
I've had a plot for two years and it's great! Last year I didn't even have to buy anything, since Garden City Harvest provides seeds and supplies.
As far as I understand he's our community gardens. There's a sign that says you can freely pick. I took a cup of carrots and I got yelled at and told I couldn't pick from the garden. If it's private garden fence it up if it's a public garden allowed to be public and I don't want to hear about it next time I pick up a couple carrots and a few grape tomatoes that I ate on the spot
Friendly people, beautiful scenery, and a good way to spend a summer.
