I cannot wait until I close my bank services with Wells Fargo. This branch especially has been the ABSOLUTE worst branch I’ve ever dealt with.
I don’t have time to list out the multiple poor service I’ve received at this bank. Wanting an appointment for a notary is a crock. Takes less than 5 minutes of time to fill out the notary book and sign paperwork.
Wells Fargo is a joke.
Just tried to make a appointment so I could go in and take care of some banking needs on line but after 3 times the website kicked me off it was telling me my information was wrong been with Wells Fargo for over 16+ years. When I called them they gave me the feeling that they could care less. Really thinking of changing banks after this one. Bad Bad Bad 🤬
We use this location for business services and it is one of the slowest banks I have ever dealt with. The drive through is the absolute worst I have ever seen. Either they need more employees or need to shift people around.
This is the slowest Wells Fargo I’ve ever been to, from Florida to Virginia to California to Colorado, business help is nonexistent.
Drive thru won’t help you if you “to many deposits” and won’t provide change.
Inside is just as bad, slow business service and regular line moves faster with triple the amount of people.

Very disappointed with this branch. I have banked with Wells Fargo for about 10 years, and never have I been treated so callous. For example, while being attended to at a window, I dropped a few of my things, mind you I'm disabled, I had to climb down on to my knees, and pull myself back up... while about 5 or 6 workers stood around talking, making eye contact with me, yet ignoring my plight. This was just one of the many times Wells Fargo showed they are more concerned with my money than me as a person.
