I want to commend pharmacy staff for fetching over the counter items for me when I picked up my prescriptions on Fri 7/17/2020. They have done this at least 4 times. I call and give them a short list (try to keep to 3 items) and when I arrive to the drive-through, my items are there waiting. I have been able to purchase the items I want without having to enter the store. Excellent customer service.

Why does this store always have a line at the register? I walked in and turned around and left when I saw the line once again today. I can go to the Cromwell store and check out immediately

They told me to pick up my prescription in 30 minutes. Ok no problem. I came back 40 minutes later, and was then told to come back in one hour. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere

Long wait times. We call to verify the prescriptions are ready and when we get there they are not
