I shop here weekly & have found staff to be very polite and friendly. Lines are okay and when backed up, another employee or manager always steps in to take the overload and hurry along the cashing out process. I also get multiple prescriptions filled in the pharmacy department and have always been kept up to date on the status of my prescriptions. Pharmacist I have meet was knowledgeable and getting my regular prescriptions is made easy with their pharmacy window.

For those who are unhappy with Walgreens on Washington St.nGive some CVS staff a try !nRude specifically some pharmacy staff. I'll get to that on my CVS COMPLAINT.nWalgreens is and has always been exceptional with my visits.nRemember you get what you give..And instant gratification doesn't occur with pharmacy pick-ups ,Relax ,be grateful you aren't battling Covid and be extra blessed you don't have to police the great mask debate with a customer!nThey are working as hard if not harder for all of us so remember to Be Kind. Pharmacy transactions are always quick with tolerable lines. The technicians are super friendly and always helpful with processing through both insurances. CVS turned away all active military members and familiy's by no longer accepting our insurance. The lines at CVS were absolutely insane. So glad we changed!

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Takes a week just to get a prescription filled. Constant texts about issues trying to refill. Will be switching pharmacies. Horrible customer service. It’s a shame that they took over for Rite Aid, never had an issue there. I will never go there again...

Horrible all the way around stay away! This place cannot order regular medications for regular customers meds have been back ordered several months in a row, disabled son has to have the medication, I over hear pharmacist joking with fellow employee about customer complaint on phone just horrible. Stay away if you can . I would give -1 star if I could, corporate needs to do something this place is a joke. Go to CVS just across the street and professional service everytime! I used to love Walgreens but I do not anylonger.
