Very nice campground, the camp sites are not very close to each other, there are trees in between which offers campers privacy. The campsite is small so if you're planning to walk/hike could be a lil bit of a disadvantage. Our campsite was close to the river, beautiful and refreshing river view, good for fishing as well.The staff was very nice, they offer you pamphlets of maps and rules, bathrooms available with hot water.nnThe only con is that our campsite was close to a roadside so we could hear cars passing by. In general it's a great family friendly campsite.

Nice clean campground on the fantastic Farmington River. As a kid I went with my father, and now I bring my son camping there.

Great little campground on one of the best trout fisheries in the northeast! I love this campground because it's very quiet and peaceful. There's wooded areas between the sites so the sites aren't too close together which also makes it quieter than most campgrounds. The restrooms and showers are well maintained and they actually have hot water. The office sells ice and firewood at very reasonable prices also. If you like camping and trout fishing this is the place to camp.The river is great for tubing, canoeing or kayaking as well.
