Not the best pizza hut in the world. Deliveries are late, and they can't seem to get my place's address on the first try.

The food is pretty typical Pizza Hut pizza but the people answering the phone are need to be retrained on how to deal with customers and be more consistent with their answer. One person will allow certain modifications to things and another won’t. I personally don’t quite understand what the big deal is about subbing a ranch and bbq sauce cup out for a marinara cup. I was more then willing to pay the difference. Another inconsistency is being able to add additional toppings, some people will tell you yes others will tell you that is how the pizza comes....makes me curious if all your food is pre made now?
