I've known John Sr. and John Jr. for about 26 years. John Sr. was my first accountant when I was just a kid. I moved away to Arizona over 20 years ago. After a number of years of using local accountants in Arizona and just not feeling as if I was experiencing the kind of professionalism and customer service I had received at Baldelli CPAs, I decided to reach out to John Jr. He told me they could take me on as a client again. If I'm willing to use an accountant on the other side of the country, it's because I know I'm receiving excellent advice and customer service. Thank you John Jr, John Sr and Sandy!
Terrible experience with this company. Horrendous communication, unable or unavailable to answer basic questions in a time sensitive situation. Could not explain fees. They mailed important documents without the courtesy of notifying me. Really disappointed with John Jr.'s overall lack of professionalism & disregard for his client’s needs. With everything going on in today’s world no one should have to waste time complaining about a tax accountant, of all things.nIf you’re looking for ‘specialized service’, look elsewhere.
