Have you had your hopes crushed?nnBasically my wife’s experience. She had been craving a sandwich for a couple days and we decided today was the day to make it happen. We did our research and read the menu carefully until the items were decided. We ordered and picked up the sandwiches and my wife inspected it in it’s wrapped form. Nothing immediately alarming.nnWe arrive home and it is the moment she has been waiting for. She unwraps her sandwich.nnAt the time of writing this, My wife has been the victim of one scam in her life. Today’s experience at docs marks the second and the expression on her face made that clear.nnThe sandwich was “lack luster” in appearance and taste. She muddled through 80% of the experience to be fair but finished with the following:nn*pushes sandwich away*n“You can have this; I’m done with this imposter”

Do not order the loaded biscuits and gravy! The biscuits are are tiny, over baked and chewy as hell. The gravy is thin and lacking in quantity as well as sausage (I had two pieces of sausage in the entire order). The cheese is less than half a handful and not melted at all, the bacon was more flexible. The bacon..... two strips of soggy meat. Do not order breakfast from Docs. Town pump on north reserve has better biscuits and gravy at half the price, despite the fact that you have to take them home and microwave them.

I work in food delivery, they marked the food ready for pickup when they hadn’t started the food.After waiting 30 minutes they told me to call my customer and explain that they were out of an item and to ask what to replace it with. At this point my customer was confused because they did Not order that item... after waiting to speak with an employee they asked how to spell my customers name and realized they had two orders for different people of the same name... they than proceeded to tell me that because of this my customers order was ready to go and that I could leave. Apparently they were out of the item for the Other customer.I’m not allowed to open bags and confirm everything is inside.After dropping it off the customer they asked why they had LESS THAN HALF THE ORDER!!nnMaking matters worse, I tried to resolve the Issue by calling to speak with a manager. She proceeded to say they never even had an order under that name(they had TWO when I was picking it up) and asked if I was sure they ordered from their and when exactly the order was put in.....nnHorrible experience for me(as a driver ) and for my customer. I understand mistakes happen, but for the manager to try and shift responsibility by lying that an order never came through is horrible.nnWouldn’t recommend for anyone to deal with such lack of management and awful quest service. Not worth it for a simple overpriced sandwich to deal with these issues!

We had a little mix-up in our order today and one sandwich wasn't included. The gentleman I spoke with was really great, apologized, and more than made up for it. Thank you for being so awesome Doc's! Highly recommend!

I haven't tried the food, I'm a little scared. This is the only place in town that was not wearing masks. Both the cashier and food prep guy were not in masks. Why? That's insane. It's a pandemic. Hope I don't die! (Ok the food is super. But still wear a mask gosh darn it!)
