I just called to update the store with my new insurance information and get a price on a prescription and the woman at the pharmacy who answered was completely rude. I did not catch her name but I told her I wanted to update my information and she immediately started telling me that CVS doesn't take my insurance so she can't help me. She just kept saying that I have United Health Care (which I've never had, I have BCBS). After several times telling her this information is incorrect, she finally looked up my actual birth date (and found out she he had the wrong person). I was giving all my insurance card information and she yelled at me for not giving her examples of letters on the card (ex. F as in Fred) and then at the end told me the rx group wasn't working and to call my insurance company because she cant help me any further. I really suggest having someone more polite and willing to help customers behind answering the phones at the pharmacy!

New management makes a big difference. Employees are more willing to help customers. They have a great team.

Consistently unreliable printing, go somewhere else if you need pictures. 3 stars because staff are helpful, at least.

They've helped me and my mother out of a lot of jams! Very helpful and polite. More than happy that they are in my town!

Happy that they are in town and check out is fast and they do have a RedBox outside the building as you could pick up a movie and candy inside.
