Art & Rays Lock & Safe

Nothing like waking up one summer morning to find your motorcycle missing. The police were able to recover it, but the ignition was damaged. I thought the repair would be easy, but come to find out Suzuki no longer makes the part I needed. I was able to find a used one on eBay, but it did not come with keys. Still I purchased it and dropped it off with the Art and Ray's Lock and Safe. They called me within just a few hours telling me I was good to go. Such great service!! And the price was well below what I expected!! They can count on my business again in the future. Thanks to everyone there!

I'm telling everyone that wrote anything I'll about these people. They are great great ppl and I'm not a person who lives comfortable. I am barely making it with my new business and they were more than fair. I had my ignition fixed and a new key and had to come to me and take ignition out and repair it and bring it back to me and install it. I'm very thankful for the work they have done. The gentleman that came to me was very polite and knowledgeable about what was going on. I did not have cash on me but I wanted to tip him so I will have to another day. But they surely deserve it. I thank God for leading me to them it could of went way worse and I would be with out a car for work and deliveries at my laundry & ironing serv job. Press for Success. Thank you Art and Rays. Lost the ignition key to a vehicle and had these guys out to make a replacement. These guys are awesome. The price was the same as they quoted me and they were able to come out right away. Carl was our service person and he was great to work with. Thanks Carl. I will use these guys again if ever needed.

Ouch! After reading other reviews I may have been scammed? 90 dollars to come unlock my car downtown? I called other people to just get quotes on what they charge and it’s pretty consistent in the 45-50 area..feeling a little taken advantage of for a fifteen minute job that really could have taken 5 minutes..I was really shocked when you told me the price. Maybe try telling people what you’ll charge beforehand next time so they can call someone else

I turned on the air in my hot truck before I loaded the dogs in the back. One of my 5 dogs jumped in the truck. My keys and phone were also in the truck. When I went to open the back I discovered the truck was completely locked down. In a panic I called Art & Rays emergency service and they answered right away. Josh arrived within 10 minutes and opened my truck. I am very grateful for the speed of service, professionalism and outcome.
