My wife Carol and I were looking to lease a vehicle. Having received wonderful service through Cathy Reed in the past, we called her. She did not disappoint us. Being retired and on a fixed income Cathy was able to get us into a new 2020 Ford ECO Sport. The SUV is great for our needs. Her concern for the customers is excellent , second to none.

I dealt with salesman Craig at Shaker Ford and he was absolutely amazing! Great customer service, took the time to send me a personalized video of all the specs of the video until I could get there to see it myself in person. He walked me through the whole process and made it understandable. Answered all my questions very patiently. I never felt pressure to make a decision. The Shaker team was very personable and welcoming. The vehicle was absolutely gleaming and cleaned very well by the Shaker team when I arrived to pick it up! I couldn’t be happier with the purchase of my new 2020 Ford F-150. By far the best price and well worth the hour and a half drive. Everyone was awesome to deal with especially my salesman Mike Talarico. Can’t say enough good things about him. He was very professional, accommodating, and just overall a great guy. I will definitely be buying again from Mike and the crew at Shaker Family Ford!

We came from out of state to purchase a truck today. Our salesman was Bob Reed. There are not enough people in this world like him. Great guy, great salesman. Finance manager was wonderful too. Quick and painless process from start to finish and we left very happy. Highly recommend!!
