I had my Honda CR-V serviced on Friday (10/23) morning. Once completed, I paid the invoice for the service without any doubts in my mind and left the premises. The invoice stated:n•tEngine oil and filter replacementn•tComplimentary tire rotationn•tPerform multi-point inspectionn•tBrake inspection.nOn Saturday, I found that the tires were not rotated, and I have proof to support this statement.nI was told that tire rotation is included in the oil change package, regardless if I want or not, it is “a package”. So, how could people forget to rotate the tires? I kept thinking long and hard about it, going through various possibilities, only to give up.nAlso, regarding the multi-point inspection checklist, on the Fluid Levels item, there is a check mark in the “green box”, but when I checked myself, the cooling fluid level was below the marked minimum level.nSince I purchased this vehicle from Honda of Watertown in 2008, all periodic oil change & maintenance was performed there, only because I thought that the original dealership would provide the best service vs. a small roadside service garage, albeit at a higher cost. In the past 2 years, since my car was over 100K miles, I had several maintenance procedures performed per their service experts’ suggestions. Now, I’m questioning whether all I paid for was really performed, or it was done on paper?nI’m waiting for a good explanation.

Was very pleased with the sales consultant Joe Wilton. I was exploring the idea of turning my CRV in for a different color CRV. It just wasn’t going to be worth doing it for an upgrade just for color. But it was worth the trip anyway. I hadn’t purchased my CRV at Watertown Honda, but Joe started asking me how I liked certain features in my car. He realized the dealership I bought the car from never adequately instructed me on all the features and how to use them. So he took the time knowing I wasn’t going to purchase anything to go through all the features with me. I would certainly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a new car. Thank you, Joe

I have a crazy amount of experience with car dealerships for many years. Not a fan of most I have came across. Have to say this was a painless and down to business deal on an amazing certified Honda passport for my girl. Vinny was our saleman. Extremely knowledgeable and not pushy attitude helped seal the deal. Great experience!

Joseph helped me today to get a new (used) car. I told him exactly what I wanted and we were able to complete the buying process relatively easily. He was cheerful and knowledgeable during the process. Great work and I am very happy!

Amazing experience! Stars off the chart. 5 stars definitely isn’t enough. My family and I have been buying cars for years here at Honda of Watertown and they always do an exceptional job getting us exactly what we need and at a reasonable rate. The staff here work so well together as a team which makes their ratings off the charts. Keep up the great work!
