Most of the experience was conducted outside of the dealership via email and text message. I did not visit until I was ready to pickup the vehicle. Certainly different than any other car buying experience. Everyone was very helpful, straightforward process. I felt very safe and well informed about my purchase.

I had a difficult and complicated warranty service performed on my GMC Canyon Denali. My opinion of service quality is, how does the dealer respond when a problem develops? This dealership gets the highest marks I can offer in that regard. With persistence, determination, and professional communication with GM tech support, my truck’s issues were resolved perfectly.
