Had a great car buying experience at Shaker. Howard in sales was great to deal with - pleasant and not pushy. Really liked the personalized video. We did a lot of the negotiating over phone/email which was nice - I felt no pressure and loved not sitting at the dealership for hours. He took the time to go over all the details of the car - super helpful and informative. Financing was easy and as quick as it could be. Definitely worth the hour drive from my house!

Took great care of my Jeep and customer service was awesome! The technician sent me videos during the entire process and the service desk was always in touch with quotes.nnThe most reasonable, honest dealership I have been to. If your Jeep needs extensive work, this is definitely the place to go for peace of mind!

The service department is amazing. They are extremely professional and always try to accommodate you. Mr. Tony in the service department went above and beyond to help me. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Next time I’m ready to buy I am definitely going here! The people at this dealership are all great and don’t push you you go at your own pace. A very respectable business! Anything goes wrong with your vehicle they have your back. I am one extremely happy customer. Shakers is the place to go for your next vehicle!

I purchased a 2021 Dodge Ram Big Horn Night Edition on 11/1. Howard was great from the beginning of the sales process till the end. I must have contacted at least 20 dealers in CT, MA and NY and Shaker’s had the best price by far!! Another plus is that every other service is included in your purchase. Will definitely buy another vehicle from Howard and Shaker’s Dodge Ram!!
