Was told wrong information about when I needed to come in to cancel and ended up getting charged. When I called and spoke to the manager she said “it sucks to be you”, and said she was freezing my account which she never did. Update I received an email back which basically said they didn’t care about the way I was treated. They were going to send it to the manager even though that’s the one who treated me that way. I again reached out to the manager just to be told she was busy, was told that yesterday when I tried to call back too.
Where to begin. The positives, It's cheap. Negatives only Smith machines for squatting. Not alot of room on the free weight area. Circuit training area is too large, hardly ever more than one person in there. Current Covid restrictions are nonsensical. Dont have to wear a mask anywhere except waking into and out the door, smh. It's fake open currently because over 50 percent of equipment is taped off.
Sad, that we can no longer workout after midnight. I can't wait till it's open 24 hours again. :'(
