Chase Bank

They really charge $8.00 to cash a check its absolutely ridiculous. Very disappointed in J.P Morgan Chase banks

I went inside seeking to apply for an auto refinance loan and was directed to the online service. If I had questions to call customer service. Apparently there’s no one on one customer service experience anymore. Upon completion of the application I have to wait for a letter in the mail to elaborate on my results. It’s been eight days. I called customer service and he read off a statement provided to me and stumbled to offer much else. Talking to a banker provided by the bank would have saved me time and displeasure.

They never have anyone available to notarize paperwork.....and tell me to go to the UPS store, what is the point of going to the bank then. I do not recommend anyone bank with Chase.

All the tellers are wonderful they help you in any way they can. The are very courteous and very professional. The Camino al norte Is my favorite branch. All the tellers are very friendly and know you by your name.

Been calling store number since the time they opened to around 2pm, to schedule an appointment with one of their bankers. No answer whatsoever. Have call log to prove it.
