not a legit taxi or livery company. Owner is fraudlulently using a taxi sign on private plates vehicles. Has no D.O.T. license. Scam artist.

I called him at 3 in the morning to pick me up from the emergency room in Torrington and bring me home in Terryville the guy quoted me $15 got here told me oh I didn't realize that you wanted to go to a different town and tried to charge me $50 ended up having to walk 15 miles don't call him he's an idiot
