It is a pristine, spacious, environment with plenty of fresh air! A beautiful feeling of happiness is present in this uplifting place. Surrounded by encouragement to coax your inner strengths to come out and play, you always feel like your best self when you are here. You become ever more athletic, flexible, confident and capable when you visit Studio Lakeville and the gracious, gentle guides who greet you here.
I love this gym! Leslie, the owner, is the most incredible teacher. If you're thinking about getting in shape, this is the place to do it. The gym is house in a building that in a former life served as a firehouse so excellent ventilation. Great food too.
The skinny of this review. . . Be sure to make time for your workout with Leslie. We were visiting for eight days and didn't need to leave the block for food and an awesome spin and work out classes.
