Did 5 mile hike somewhat challenging. At lasting Brass Brewery now!
The section of the lovely interstate rt six passes through the forest here. Black Rock is sure nice to see as well.
Forest trail passes stone walls, old cart paths and a babbling brook. Some nice stands of Mountain Laurel and a few nice Sourwoods.
Great short hike! It gets a little rough at the top, pretty much climbing, adds a little excitement. Goes to a Beautiful view at the top, amazing for fall colors.
It needs the trails cleaned and marked but is a great place to go hiking
