I love going to Jazzercise in New Milford when I am home visiting! The teachers are energetic, fun and love what they do. There is such a great sense of community, better yet, family when you go! I love how I feel mentally and physically after a class. I can’t say enough good things about Jazzercise of New Milford!

Jazzercise of New Milford is the most fun workout I have ever done. So happy that this program has survived over 35 years because I don't know what I would do without it. It offers a variety of classes from an hour of strength to dance and strength combined using different formats including high intensity interval training. The music and moves are CURRENT and FUN and New Milford is so lucky to have some of the best instructors I've seen!

I love Jazzercise in New Milford, it's a high energy workout, with current music, friendly people, and located in a great studio on Route 7. The BEST instructors around!
