Our 4 year old and 6 year old have really enjoyed their beginner classes at Roots Acro Sports Center. The coaches they've had have been excellent in working with them as well as the other kids in their classes. The staff & coaches have been nothing but patient and encouraging! I've noticed that they push the kids (on their individual level) to stretch their limits so they will grow and progress instead of just running the kids through the drills with no concern. We've noticed a difference in the kids coordination which will without question, help them in their other sporting activities.

Qualified, caring, and fun coaches and staff. My children love their lessons and free gym time. Adult viewing area and plastic chairs are extremely uncomfortable :(
