I love working out at barre 406! The environment is fun energetic and challenging. I always leave with muscles burning and a huge smile.nnNot to mention this is a small women-run business in Missoula that creates a welcoming environment for all bodies and skill levels.nnThis studio has also gone extra lengths to keep extra clean during these covid times, so you don’t have to worry about safety.nnAnd Robin is the BEST at making sure customers are comfortable and happy. She makes herself very accessible and tries to connect with clients regularly.nnOverall this is just a great community here at the studio.

Barre 406 is a clean and well accommodated workout studio. The instructors at Barre 406 are always professional, well dressed, and enjoy what they do. This studio is a great place to start your fitness journey or to add more fitness classes into your routine. The owner and instructors are always promoting a positive mindset to new and returning customers.nnYou do not need to bring any equipment, Barre 406 supplies everything you need. Just bring a big and full water bottle to hydrate after class...your muscles will need it! After class is done, there is time to chat with the instructors and the owner (they are always looking for feedback and ideas to improve their classes). I recommend signing up for a few classes and getting to know this great local business.

I was able to participate in live stream classes during the pandemic. It was a nice break from routine and made my small home gym feel like an escape. The instructor was great and Robin, the owner is great! She is so passionate about her business and her customers. You should definitely give Barre 406 a try.

This was one of the most accommodating, comfortable studios I have gone to in Missoula. From day one, Lo Wood was such a wonderful instructor, always ensuring I was comfortable in class and asking how my time spent at the studio was. I never felt self-conscious as I do at so many other studios in town. Robin, the owner, has always been supportive and accommodating when I needed to make changes to my scheduled classes due to a hectic work schedule. I love this place!
