Jess has a way of making you feel at home and comfortable with where you are at in Yoga practice. My husband had never taken yoga before - he loved it so much, he made sure we never missed a class. Jess is number one on my list for taking a yoga class. She is great with kids too. Down to earth and fun lady!
I've participated in several classes; yoga and meditation and Ayurvedic body types. Jess is a skilled practitioner who shares her knowledge in a calm, thorough manner. She offers her knowledge and experience and is open to discussion and suggestion for changes and adjustments during practice. You will do yourself a favor by attending her classes.
Jess is an exceptional teacher. She goes out of her way to instruct & support every single one of the children in her class. My son has been going to Peaceful Heart for only a few short months & he is thriving in the environment that she creates. She is insightful & creative. The lessons & stories that she designs are unique. This is the best preschool in Missoula!!!!!!
Jess is an incredible CranioSacral Therapist. Miss Jess was a truly wonderful start to my child's education. She focuses on the emotional growth of the kids first. In a time when our children are inundated with loud, noisy, instant everything Miss Jess teaches them how to trust themselves to make decisions despite all of it. Kids lead much of the learning but she is not a push over either! Her discipline is calm, fair, and reflective. We miss her and will always be grateful we were lucky enough to find her. My son still wears the bracelet she gave him almost two years ago!
