Sullivan Honda had the car I was interested in, Silver Honda Accord with grey interior (most cars elsewhere had black interiors I did not want). A good sale price down from MRSP, negotiated a decent price on my trade in, loyalty discount (our family has purchased 7-8 cars here) .nComing in for an oil change is a ride for me but Sullivan reps get me right in and less than a half hour later I am on my way home. Thanks for your timely handling.

Check EVERYTHING before you leave the lot if you are buying. I purchased a used vehicle recently and discovered that when I got home the OEM custom floor mats for my vehicle had been removed. After contacting the dealership they tried to tell me they were never in the vehicle (LIE). Someone in the dealership or service took them for themselves and they are no longer manufactured. Not a very professional way to do business. Money was given to buy different mats, but not very professional. I hope the person that took them is fired but I doubt it. Dave was very pleasant and helpful to work with though

Service has been consistently on time as promised. Especially helpful in setting up Bluetooth for cell phone for wife.nI a later service during the covid-19 scare they picked up and returned the car for servicing. Convenient and timely.

I’ve been taking my Ridgeline’s(I’m on my second)for service to Sullivan’s since 2007. They have always done a great job! The staff and technicians are great, no complaints.

From the internet contact, to the salesman, to the financier, the service and care was a very good experience. No high pressure. All were helpful.nThe transaction was smooth and without drama or stress.And a beautiful new showroom.nUsed the service dept in the previously with another vehicle we did not buy there but they treated us very well and took good care of the car for us. That's why we bought here this time. Highly Recommend it.
