They sold me a lemon, I bought the car and the very same month it was in the shop. I bought the extended warranty so my car was covered. A few months later back in the shop for another issue, not to worry thought my warranty covered it again. A few weeks later back in the shop, same thing my warranty covered that too. This went on over 2 years. My last straw is when my family and I were on our way to Maine and the car broke down ,just after getting it back from the shop 3 days earlier. We missed out on our family vacation , lost our money and was stuck home doing nothing. The kids were devastated and I was furious. We only bought a car here because my ex's father is friends with the Owner, maybe he should consider getting new friends because this was the worse experience I have ever had with any dealership and i use to work for a few of them throughout the years. Your better off going to Alfano's because these guys took the lead in horrible service and bad cars.

Got a much-needed same day service appointment (I'm from out of town). Service was fast, and the personnel were friendly and helpful. And they washed my truck!
I drove all the way from NY to buy a vehicle from these guys. I was unexpectedly early and they went above & beyond to ensure my visit was quick and efficient. They had me on the road with my new truck in less than an hour. Superb customer service and very clean. Props to Robert K.
