Sacred Ally is a gift- for anyone who is looking to receive a SPLENDID massage, take a yoga class where your instructor meets you where you are, or experience a sound bath- this is such a happy place. Sacred Ally is home to a beautiful selection of yoga classes, breath-work, energy healing and many other sacred ceremonies.. and one of the best massage therapists in all of Missoula Valley! You owe it to yourself to check it out and make it one of your healing homes away from home.

This place has a healing calm and friendly vibe and they offer amazing workshops from breathwork, to yoga trainings, tosound healing and more. Definitely worth checking out. They also have a monthly reiki share and full moon drum circle! Sarah Schaefgen's bodywork is out of this world.
