I ordered the window box Christmas kits. What a beautiful assortment. I live in the mountains of So. California and the boxes arrived beautifully packed. I have received so many compliments.
I recently canceled three holiday gift orders after a terrible customer service experience. I have ordered from White Flower Farm many times and regret no longer using them as I think their products are of high quality. Unfortunately, I was appalled by their customer service and prefer not to support them anymore.
I purchased some beautiful clay pots from White Flower Farm's online store. My order, professionally packed to withstand even the roughest of handling by UPS, arrived in a reasonable amount of time and in perfect condition. The pots were exactly as described on the website. An overall positive experience -- I will not hesitate to order from WFF again.
The employees were so helpful and answered endless questions. Absolutely gorgeous gardens so you can see the plant and combinations in a real garden setting.
Shipping is exorbitant. One customer service rep will tell you one thing and another person will tell you different shipping info. All the while waiting for the store to open to speak to someone there on the weekends and then waiting for the week when the catalog dept is open. Plants are sold out by the time you get some information. Everyone should be trained properly and on the same page. Very difficult to work with.
