Last year I bought 2 Jeep Wranglers. My wife and I were treated like we were family. They went above and beyond for us. This year I had an accident with my Jeep and I saw that Ct Auto had a Ford Ranger. I told them I was interested in it, and now I'm driving it. I am really happy with their commitment to the customer. Really professional & honest staff, I arrived at their facility after a 3.5 hour drive and very quickly noticed how busy this dealership was. My wife and I had been looking for a particular vehicle (09-14) Cherokees, we decided to make this specific trip for a certain SUV that was listed online, I was very wary at first of the condition of the vehicle and the price listed well below market value, My assumption was there must be a catch even after I spoke to someone on the phone and they reassured me the vehicle was as advertised. I was really impressed! when we finally made it the young sales rep stephanie was extremely helpful and made it a very convenient, painless process, the owner went above and beyond! I live out of state and really did not want to drive hone and have to drive back another day being as it was a hour before they were set to close, they stayed late a few hours for us that evening and made sure my wife was comfortable with the vehicle along with everything inside, they took their time and went over all the documents and were very upfront with both my wife and I. I really appreciate the transparency they had with us through out our experience and really wish we lived closer to recommend to our family and friends. We love the car and are extremely thankful we found this place, they truly gave us a unbelievable deal! and to be able to save a extra few thousand dollars meant the world to our growing family. I highly recommend!
