Cale is a 10 out of 10 to work with. Individual attention to the job as needed. Yes he works alone and schedules do change at times due to the immediate needs of some individuals or businesses.

Cale was wonderful to work with. I called with a job that needed to be done on a tight deadline, and he was there within the hour. He was incredibly thorough and made sure the job was done well. Very pleasant and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.

I hired Cale to wire up my hot tub based on the recommendation from the local hot tub company and was very satisfied. Cale is also great to chat with and easy to invite into your home around family. I then hired Cale to do a 200 amp service upgrade and bury our overhead line a pretty big job. I did shop this one around a bit and decided to go with Cale as his bid was about 20% less than the big contractors and I new his work was neat and tidy from my past experience.

I have worked with Cale on two fairly large home projects. He has been great to work with. He was punctual, flexible and affordable. He is a very nice guy to boot. I once ran into him at Home Depot and he spent time with me helping pick out exactly what I needed. True customer support. I plan on going with him in future.

Like other small service companies here in Missoula, Benson electric has more work that they can do, and while living in the present they can afford to blow off their customers valuable time for more profitable jobs. Like any boom, they don't last forever and then service companies will have to go back to earning their business through reputation. Benson electric is certainly one that I will never call on in the future. As a fellow consumer I urge you to research contractors reviews and make a wise choice before your valuable time and money is wasted.
