This is on the pharmacy onlynRudest staff I have ever seen! You can walk up to counter and stand for a good 5 minutes before they decide to acknowledge you. They will stand right in front of you and talk (sometimes about patients) as if you don’t exist. Pretty sure I haven’t ever see. A smile or heard a thank you etc. just a miserable unhappy staff and I wouldn’t be there if my insurance didn’t require it.nIf I wasn’t disabled I would go to a different CVS in another town

I have had the misfortune of having to get my families prescriptions at the CVS in Plymouth, CT for some time. EVERY person in the pharmacy department has been some of the most miserable human beings on the face of the planet. Why any of them are employed in jobs dealing with the public is as mind boggling as the reality that they actually collect a paycheck. For three years I've watched new pharmacist and some techs come and go. Each one as bad or worse than the other. Since, they were miserable PRE_COVID-19 I decided that there was absolutely NO way I was going to deal with that store during the pandemic. Life is difficult enough than dealing with people like them. No other CVS location in the four different states I've lived in have a staff as horrendous as this one! It would be better to close it.

Never had a problem with the store or pharmacy staff here and I get a lot of prescriptions, I love my extra bucks coupons. Ever since the new short haired pharmacisit came I've noticed things getting cleaner and more orderly there, although they always seem over worked and never have enough help. I will say the other pharmacy customers have to be the rudest most entitled people I’ve ever encountered. I watched a gentleman call the store while in line thinking he was somehow going to be allowed to cut then throw a fit when the ladies behind the counter did not usher him to the front. First come first serve, no ones special despite what your parents told you.

Awful pharmacy. Only had one pharmacist ever even be somewhat nice to me. I had an awful case of strep last year. My doctor sent my prescription to the pharmacy and said it would be ready by the end of the day. I went before closing and they said it was almost done, but I wouldn’t be able to get it until opening the next morning. That was fine. The next morning I sent my fiancé to get my meds and they weren’t ready. My fiancé said that they were supposed to be ready in the morning and the pharmacist started to give him an attitude. They said it would be ready an hour later. He goes back again and it still isn’t ready. The pharmacist seemed inconvenienced by my need for medicine. I was in so much pain and would have gone down to talk to them if I could have, but I couldn’t. My mom ended up calling them and getting mad at them and by the end of the phone call they said it would be ready in 5 minutes. About an hour earlier than when they told my fiancé (once again) it would be ready. I finally ended up getting my medicine almost 24 hours after I should have started taking the meds. I’m never sending a prescription there again.

My doctor called in to fill a Prescription for me the lady that answered the phone was working on 1/23 said her name so fast you couldn’t Hear it, this happend to my doctor and I between 3-5 today. she was very rude to my doctor, said that I’m not a patient here and hung up. so my doctor called me to let me know what happened and ask if there somewhere else she can send my prescription. so I then called the pharmacy at about 420 I was put on hold for 7 minutes when the lady finally answered and asked what she can do for me I explained to her what happened when my doctor called and she then hung up on me . HORRIBLE STAFF.
