We came in to buy a pair of shoes we saw through the window! The tag on the shoes said $79.99. There were two pairs of the same shoe right next to each other, both marked with a red tag priced at $79.99. We were even talking to one of sales associates mentioning how good of a deal they were for just $80!! When we went up to the register to purchase them, the total came out to $99.99. When asked about it, the guy helping us at the register walked over to the wall to check and immediately grabbed a manager (totally fine)! She came out and told us that the shoes were a one day sale and it is now over. I told her that both shoes were tagged at $80. Shortly after, the guy that was originally helping us brought over the shoe (After he removed the tag) and the manager looked at me said “there is no way these had a tag priced at $79.99”. I explained to her how both shoes had the tag and even the sales associate said they were on sale for $80. She then explained that they were in the process of removing the tags (which at the time we walked in, they were not) and there was nothing she could do. We came in at the end of the day, not even in the morning (where I could understand that they may have been in the process of re pricing the sale items at that time), but it was 4:30pm. Unfortunately, we walked out of there with no purchase. Honestly, even $100 was a good deal, but after that interaction we had with the three sales staff, we didn’t feel the need to buy anything.

Tried waiting for y’all to get a specific pair of shoe in. I was told they would be stocked up in a few months. Could care less on the color. I have no problem ordering online but I wanted to bring business to your storefront... The manager (Anna) I believe her name was, didn’t want to help much with that. I’ll give you 2 for other team members helping me in the past. Now, I will stick to online shopping. ud83eudd19ud83cudffb

The staff working on 12/22/19 need to grow up and learn some manners. Don't stand in the middle of the store and give obvious dirty looks at people who walk in. Left immediately and took my business elsewhere.

They were quick and courteous with a large selection to choose from.

They had a good selection, friendly service, and decent prices
