I wear Torrid exclusively and LOVE the brand. The manager on the particular day I went was awful. The sales person told me as soon as I walked in that they may not have stock of the item I was looking for because “people steal things all the time.” I didn’t need their drama. They didn’t want to sell anything since they were gossiping at the checkout I stead of making sure I found things I was looking for. Hopefully this location will hire all new staff. Until then, I won’t be back. ud83dudc4b
Torrid was very busy for a Sunday morning and the poor pregnant girl was working alone but she treated each patron as if they were special and the only one in the store ! She took her time explained the deals and how much they were saving ,they treated everyone as though they were the only person in the store! Best service ever! My favorite torrid store of all !
