Purchased some clothes with a gift card was double charged. Employees are not capable of doing a simple transaction such as a return. Will NOT shop here again! Now I’m stuck with store credit I won’t even use!
I have found some decent clothing items at this store, but the manager and workers there are not great. They would have there masks down the whole time I was in the store, and were rude when I asked them a question. Also, when I tried to return my shorts I bought online with the invoice I brought along that was needed, they would not let me return it. I have never had a problem like this with any another Charlotte Russe store, and visiting this store was a complete waste of time because I only visited to return my item (the store is 30 minutes away from me).

Great Experience the ladies are all friendly! The communicated with each other so well that when I got to each area the girl there already knew I was coming and helped me! Definitely will continue shopping there!! Shout out to Penny and her Crew!!
The Manager Penny is awesome, she always takes time out to help her customers. Great staff and easy to get in and out the stores.
