They do have great sales. They never have enough registers open. Today one of the very nice cashiers they have, was on the phone checking other stores for a woman looking for a pair of slacks in her size. I waited in line for 26 minutes. Of course I would appreciate if she was doing it for me. Lol but since I was the one waiting I wasn't thrilled. There's got to be a better way!
Has lots of different clothes to pick from lots of different sections
Great sales and bargains as usual not rushed able to take my time found sale items. Thank you staff Jim in the men's department pleasant and patient amongst the minor chaos and confusion with items moved from original sale rack.
Love going there
Horrible customer service. These cashiers are rude and clueless. I called to ask about an item in stock and was told by the cashier oh well I don’t know , because I’m covering for a lunch break.” Instead of placing me on hold and getting someone to help. Went there in person and same thing the cashiers ignored my request or gave me attitude because they didn’t want to help. Spoke to the manager and he started making excuses for his employees behavior. Instead of saying he will address it. Like there’s no excuse for cashiers to be rude. If they don’t like dealing with customers , they should find a new job. There’s a lot of nice people looking for jobs.nVery bad customer service . I will never return here and please don’t blame COVID ! Being rude and having no compassion for others has nothing to do with what’s going on.
