I've been using Absolute Auto for over a decade. They are honest and reliable. The service department is first class skill. No rip offs. That's hard to find these days! Honest, responsible, trusted & competent technicians & service personnel. Even though their facility is not convenient to where I live, they are worth going the extra mileage. Have been going to Absolute for over 25 years. They service both my Honda & my wife's Toyota.
Jay is great and very knowledgeable. I always go to absolute auto instead of going to the Honda dealership because the prices are much more reasonable and repairs are actually done correctly. Jay seems to run one of the very few honest shops in CT and he even works with you to make the repairs affordable.
