I can't speak more highly of Barre 3 at Farmington Valley. I moved here from the DC area and feel at Barre 3. Their instructors are positive, enthusiastic and knowledgeable and it's been great for my physical and mental health! Thank you so much to everyone at Barre 3! I particularly loved the all the outside classes, including glow stick night!
I love Barre3 Farmington Valley! Sarah, owner and instructor, has done a Phenomenal job during the pandemic of keeping us moving! She and the other instructors are all so warm, kind and welcoming. Everyone makes you feel like you should feel good about yourself for showing up, for choosing to carve an hour out of your day for yourself. They meet you where you are at, physically, offering modifications for each exercise and reminding you to listen to what your body needs at that moment. It always feels like it is a special workout just for me whether I’m in the studio, outdoors at the shoppes, or live-streaming from home. I guess I really just cannot say enough! Barre3 Farmington Valley is The Best!!
I tried my first class on their 5th anniversary and fell in love! I always get a great workout in and feel amazing after!
