I sent this yesterday under the BantamWesson Contact us portal but I will say it again here. We were extremely happy with Ben T. who came on Monday May 11th to service our Furnace and air conditioning unit. My husband said he was the best technician we had in the long time. He was competent and efficient and spent time really going through each of the units to make sure they were in good working condition. He also spent time working with my husband on understanding and getting the heat pump thermostat figured out since it wasn't really set correctly. He told me he would give Ben an A+ which is a rare score given out by him. Thank you Ben. Great job.

Cedrick, John, Paul and Jason arrived on time to perform a scheduled attic and basement insulation. They were very Polite and respectful to my home and property, taking the time to cover floors and clean up anything left behind. They shared with me the steps they were doing, let me inspect their work and answered all my questions. Bantam responded promptly when we discovered a leak in the basement from a water pipe. Scott Wells came around and identified that leak came from the toilet, and very quickly installed a new toilet for us. He was very professional and a quick worker, and we are very pleased with the service that Bantam Wesson provided.
