I just got of the phone with the store manager at your Canton,Ct store. Her name is Tina. I've worked customer service all my life, pretty good at it I might say.... I enjoy people. Anyways besides loving your product I am now extremely happy with my experience with Tina. She was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my experience and was told if I have any other issues or concerns she'd be happy to help me. I live in Sandy Hook, Ct and I'm so disappointed that you had to shut down your Danbury store, but understand why with this pandemic. Please reword her with something (maybe a raise?) She really deserves it.nSincerely, an extreamly happy customer.
