WOW. What an incredible customer experience. I'm a bridesmaid [living in San Francisco] in a bridal party mostly based in the New York area, so trying on dresses collectively wasn't really an option. Bella's amazing crew in West Hartford and SF were beyond amazing - they coordinated dresses for me to try on remotely (amidst a global pandemic), safely, and quickly. The highlight of my experience: they are generally delightful, empathetic, and kind humans through some admittedly challenging logistical hurdles. Thanks Bella crew!!

Heidi and her team are an absolute pleasure to work with. The ladies were attentive, patient, knowledgeable and always available for questions throughout the (very straightforward) process. The salon offers countless beautiful styles and shades to meet every budget along with a streamlined ordering process, which is especially helpful for bridesmaids scattered across the U.S., as mine are. Wonderful experience, would absolutely recommend Bella in Avon!

Considerate and attentive staff that want to find you the perfect dresses to fit your vision. They have so many different styles, shades, and designers and they explain everything to you since it can so easily get overwhelming. They make the whole purchasing and ordering process as simple as can be and are so considerate and accommodating. They really care about their clientele and it shows. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
