When I was sued during the pandemic I reached out to Mr. Woods to help negotiate a settlement, and he responded quickly and professionally, and negotiated it for a flat fee. Best decision I could have made, because despite the fact that I had a payment record, and a ironclad agreement in writing, they attempted to report my settlement as a partial payment.nOnce I saw it, I emailed Mr. Woods, and once he had the details he said he would sort it out, and he did, not once asking for additional payment. It was clean, professional, and a really good look in these tough times.

Mr. Woods responded to my inquiry within 2 hours, explained in plain terms what the best course of action would be, and was upfront about his fee. Following his counsel I was able to reach a resolution with just two emails at a minimal cost. I would use his services again without question.

Mr. Woods helped handle a situation that arose with an aggressive debt collector that contacted me by phone about a debt that they claim I owe, even after I sent them a certified letter (after their initial contact by mail) disputing the debt and requesting no additional contact. Mr. Woods was able to resolve the matter, and I was very pleased with the result.
