The service wire to my house came down during tropical storm Isaias. I'm a DIY homeowner and I was working on remounting the weatherhead, but ran into a problem with one of the connections. Venora happened to be working at my neighbor's house and I went over to ask if they could fit me into their schedule. I explained the problem and they told me how to fix it myself. I'm very thankful for them taking a few extra minutes out of their day to give me some quick advice on how to do a project myself. I will certainly call them in the future when more advanced electrical problems inevitably occur.
