I thought my car might need work that was beyond my minimal knowledge of vehicles.nnI went in on my lunch and asked if they might be able to help me figure out what I needed and if I could fix it myself. They went and looked at my car and found out a bolt was loose. They tightened it for me and my little car was up and working like a champ again.nnJustin and Hunter are amazing and I now love this store. Thank you!
We had the best experience at this location. Justin was extremely helpful and so were all of his associates. They were able to get us the exact parts we needed. We were in Missoula with a broken down car and their kindness and knowledge was the best part of being here.
These guys rock!! I came in to pick up a trailer wiring harness for my Subaru and asked them if they happened to have a collection of O-rings for me to browse. I had a bicycle pump that had broken due to a failed O-ring. They asked me to bring the pump in, we pulled out the O-ring together, they matched it to one they had, didn't charge me for it, and then used some graphite lube on it (a dry lube for the inside of the pump) from their stock behind the counter just to put a cherry on top! Awesome overall experience!
Awesome parts store. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
Polite staff, easy return. Cash is the preferable return option instead of credit, so even on sundays staff should have access to more cash in their till. Despite the weird company policy on sundays, it was a pleasant experience
