New Wave did an excellent job tinting the windows on my truck. They were knowledgeable and got me into their schedule quick. I will definitely go back if I need tinting done in the future

I love my new tint! It looks amazing

Absolutely the worst customer service I have received in a long time. If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a FULL vehicle tint. 7 windows and a windshield brow. Unfortunately after the tint I noticed my defrost in the rear was spotty and didn’t work like it had used to. It came to my attention the strips had actually blew and it is causing discoloration to my window/tint and my defrost hardly works at all. I then figured I would have a mechanic look at it for me when I got my vehicle serviced. Turns out I have to replace my whole window. Fortunately we believe my warranty will cover it. After I found out I will need to replace my window I called New Wave to see if they will warranty the window tint, because they messed it up and they basically told me to get lost and used the excuse “It was probably like that when you bought it.” How could it have been like that when I bought it when my defrost used to work on the whole window and not 1/4 of the window now? I say the warranty because after purchasing the tint I was told if I keep the receipt they will warranty it for life. I made it a point to tell them my window should be covered with my warranty so they knew I wasn’t asking for a whole new window, just tint on my new one. I was told “I’ve been doing this since 1985, I don’t mess up.” Then at the end of the conversation I was told to bring the vehicle by so they could have a look and they hung up before I could say a word. I’m sorry but it doesn’t matter how long you’ve been doing something, there is going to be mess ups. It’s life and I understand that. They just couldn’t own up to it. Yeah it might only be $50-$75 to tint one window, but that’s not the point I’m trying to make here. From now on I will take my business elsewhere and I will recommend anyone that comes my way to go elsewhere as well.
