Not much to say about family dollar smaller sizes but good prices if it fit ur family needs and size

This store is a complete disaster. We have checked out many Dollar Stores for a variety of reasons, school projects, crafts, Birthday cards etc. The Bloomfield store is the most disgusting in appearance and unclean. It's a shame because its the closests one to us.

I no longer have the receipt to provide that information, for I went to return something that I'd brought on Thursday 10/05/17 that had been previously opened prior to my purchase. I didn't realize it was used/damaged until actually opening the package. I'd already thrown the receipt away. Upon entering LizMarie seemed as if she really didn't want to help me. Yes the receipt was disheveled for all I'd thrown it away before opening the package. She didn't even bother to scan it and said she wouldn't be able to locate the purchase. Which I found odd. She didn't even bother trying to scan the receipt how did she know it wouldn't work? Okay. So I asked her to try the barcode number she then got on her phone and put up 1 finger telling me to hold on. My granddaughter came in to see what was going on and I told her. She saw I was annoyed and said she'll handle it. So my grandmother went to read the return policy and asked her to process it without the receipt. LizMarie rolled her eyes at my granddaughters request. I've lived in Bloomfield on Tunxis for 20+ years and never experienced that kind of disrespect there ever. She was extremely rude and discourteous. She I'm sorry to say doesn't belong in that position. We asked for her District Managers name and she refused to give it to me. Told me to call corporate which I did in the store and whom I'm on hold with now for 25 minutes writing this.
