The staff member I worked with, Jimmy, seemed qualified for and knowledgeable about his job. He did well in explaining the work that was done to my car along with their complementary diagnostic test results in terms that I could understand. I appreciated that he was able to apply both my coupon as well as a student discount that I qualified for.
I stopped by to get an oil change while on a road trip to Seattle. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and quick — the fifteen minutes felt like no time at all! If I weren’t just passing through Missoula, I would definitely be back. I highly recommend this excellent location for all your maintenance needs.
The workers were professional and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They were quick and ready to do the service immediately. But the only reason they got a 4 star is because I Had a card for half off, and they said it was no longer valid, because the guy who wrote it didn’t work there anymore. They still gave me $10 off. But a heads up/expiration date would have been appreciated.
Very kind and helpful after other businesses turned us away. This is the kind of service that makes a difference! Thank you Jiffy Lube on Broadway!
The service was fast and friendly. I appreciated how thorough they were when explaining the recommended procedures and how services were billed. My only problem was the location of this particular Jiffy Lube is difficult to get into, as it is situated on the corner of two very busy streets. Other than that, it was a pleasant visit.
