We were staying at an RV Park in St. Regis and hit a deer one night. Our insurance recommended Mountain States for the repair, among some other body shops. We were extremely satisfied with the service we received. It exceeded our expectations on all levels. Mike and the lady at the front desk were so easy to work with. Our truck was repaired to “like new” condition and even cleaned inside and out.nnOne of our challenges was to get to Missoula from St. Regis once the repair was completed. Mountain States even had a solution for that. Mike sent a driver our way to pick us up in St. Regis!nnIf I ever needed a body shop again, I want to be near Missoula.
Got a rear hatch break light replaced, service was excellent, fast and efficient. Will go to this place again in the future.

Everything about Mountain States is wonderful. Joe handled my estimate and repairs with diligence, Stacy is helpful and sweet on the phone, and Scott was an absolute sweetheart and took great care with me and my vehicle.nIf you end up in the situation of needing an auto body shop I highly recommend this team. They handled all of my paperwork and insurance forms with ease and utmost professionalism. I felt safe leaving their shop knowing my car was back to its old self.
Start to finish Mountain States team did an A+ job. Not only did they do a fantastic job repairing my brand new suv after an accident, they also accommodated us by repairing it as quickly as possible. Customer service was right on and my car was spotless and appeared as if it had been detailed inside and out upon return. Should we ever need repair again we will be back. Thanks guys!
