Glass Doctor of Missoula

I called in 30 minutes before they were closing while heading into Missoula, the owner was very kind and assured me he would take care of me even though they were closing, he was very kind and never gave me any attitude. They fixed my windshield and made my day! Thanks guys!

Steven was AWESOME. I called around town to get a household mirror cut. He squeezed me in between customers, saved me a ton of money, and it LITERALLY took about 30 seconds. Definitely coming back here for all of my glass needs.

I've used Glass Doctor two times now, and I have been impressed both times. The first time was a rear panel window, not a simple replacement. They did an awesome job, even cleaned up the old shattered glass in the back of my car. Great place, awesome work.

I worked with Steven in July regarding replacing 2 awning windows and 2 garage door glass panes. We ordered the windows on 7/23/20. When we last spoke on 7/30/20, he stated he would stop by the following week to install the garage door glass panes, and that the 2 awning windows should be ready by mid-August.nnAs of 8/25/20, the garage panes have not been replaced, and I have yet to receive any callback or follow up regarding the window and glass pane installation.nnOver the past 3 weeks, I have contacted Glass doctor 7 times by phone, and once by email, leaving messages each time with either Kevin or John requesting a follow up regarding the window installation. My last phone conversation was on 8/21/20 with John, and he stated he would have someone follow up with me by the end of the business day.nnIt is now 8/25/20, and I have yet to receive any callback or follow up from this company regarding the window installation.nnI will update this review if I get any response from this company. What a frustrating and disappointing experience it has been so far!nn**Review updatenI went to the Glass Doctor shop in person 1 week after writing this review. I spoke with Steven, who was able to schedule an appointment to get the windows installed. He said had been out of town the past week, which was why no one from the company got back to me. The installation went OK and so far the windows are working fine.nnThis could've been a 5 star review if there'd been any communication from the company prior to my visiting the shop in person.

This business is top notch. Super friendly, courteous, and professional with a focus on quality!!
