Zack at Meineke did an excellent job with my car and with customer service! At no point did anyone try to up-sell me for additional services. Instead, Zack actually called and saved me money by avoiding services that weren't really necessary. Meineke also helped me find another service provider who could provide a particular service Meineke doesn't currently offer. It was an overall excellent experience, and I would take my car here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Zack and the Meineke team!!
Prompt, friendly & very honest service at reasonable prices. Specifically asked them about my brakes as I had been told (elsewhere) they needed to be replaced soon, their Tech said they looked fine & they wouldn't recommend replacing them yet. Will definitely use their services again!
