I had to stop here after the Check Engine light came on in the middle of a road trip. The employee showed me how to use the code scanner. There was an instruction tag clipped to the cord as well. After the code scanner was finished, the employee downloaded the information regarding the cause of the Check Engine light and printed it out for me as well. Back on the road in no time, and knowing that it wasn't a critical issue made the rest of the drive more relaxing.
Great staff and they will go out of their way to assist you. Prices are fair. The only minor issue I have experienced on multiple occasions is the staff are not as knowledgeable when it comes to what may be causing your mechanical issue. True they are not a repair shop. AutoZone advertisement projects a little bit of a different scenario.nThe staff are great people.
