SUPER fast & friendly! Showed up over 20 minutes before ETA. Wish I would have caught my drivers name to give him a personal shout out! He drove my car to Scott’s EQ & did drop off and all the sign in information for me...such a relief in a stressful situation!
This is a review for the towing service.nnHad a really good experience with Red's Towing and Crane. Paul was the driver who picked me up. He was fantastic! I had never been to this area before and didn't even have enough cell service to google what was in town while waiting for the truck to show up. Paul was very knowledgeable about the area (and about vehicle trouble!), and helped me figure out what I would do while waiting for my vehicle to be fixed. I also am not very knowledgeable about vehicles, so it was comforting to be able to ask him basic questions about the car repair process so I would know what to expect.
Reds towing is the best.P helped me in so many ways in which he didn't have to but made an extra effort. Amazing service. I would recommend reds to anybody. Thanks Paul!!!
John was amazing! He took the time to change my tire when my Volkswagen didn’t have the right part. He was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I would use reds for all their services they are the best!
Just had John come help me tow my car, he was very friendly and helpful! The Reds staff was also very nice on the phone and helped me while I was being confusing. They made this process very streamlined, easy, and super fast!
